6. PAYMENT TERMS
For paid subscriptions:
• Billing occurs in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You authorize automatic recurring payments
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
7. API USAGE
Access to our API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas. Excessive use that impacts service performance for others may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access. API keys must be kept secure and not shared.
8. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
